HelixToolkit.Wpf.SharpDX - Custom Shader

hi there a chance to use custom shaders in HelixToolkit.Wpf.SharpDX?
how does it works, if so?

do i need to use fx0.5 effects for it?

is it possible to use generated (shaderbytecode.compilefromfile) bytecode?
